Contributing Sum to HIV affected, Disabled, Elderly and Widows since 2016

Khoisnam Tokyo Meetei (D.O.B 7 Feb, 1981) Assistant Cum Data Entry Operator, Juvenile Justice Board, Social Welfare Department, Government of Manipur (India) from Imphal West District, Manipur, has been contributing a sum of Rs. 200/- to the elderly, HIV-affected individuals, disabled people, and widows every month since 2016. His social and noble work is highly appreciable. Upon the recommendation of the ABR award committee, we are conferring the Inspiring Human Award upon him.
